Serix Food Thermometer is made of ABS plastic shell and a food-grade 304 stainless steel probe that can be adjusted up to 180 degrees. Powered by a CR2032 battery (battery included), it can measure temperature in just 2-3 seconds and has a wide monitoring range from -50℃ to 300℃ (- 58℉ to 572℉) with a precision of ±0.8℃ and a resolution of 0.1℃/0.1℉. Comes with functions including ℃/℉ conversion, alarm setting, 0℃ calibration, max/min value recording, temperature-locking, and an auto-off after 10 minutes of inactivity. The green-backlit LCD display ensures clear readings, the strong magnet on the back for attaching to the refrigerator. Built-in bottle opener at one end makes quick work of all kinds of bottle caps. The external 5.51 inch probe and 39.37 inch steel wire design allows the probe to be placed in an oven without interfering with the oven door seal.
